Ceres Organics Natural Shoyu Soy Sauce is fermented naturally using koji (aspergillus spores) and left to mature, creating a rich and full-bodied flavour.
Shoyu is an all-purpose seasoning that is used to enhance the flavour of vegetables, fish, casseroles and soups. To maximise its delicate flavour, shoyu is best added to food in the last few minutes of cooking.
